In these uncertain times we want to offer you flexibility in planning your vacation:
- 7 days prior arrival, no cancellation fees, in case of travel restrictions due to Covid-19
- Deposits made will be credited for a next stay
CANCELLATION POLICY WITHOUT COVID-19 INFLUENCE
One month prior arrival, cancellation is free of charge, except for an administration fee of 50,00€.
29 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be retained. For cancellations 15 days or more before arrival, we charge the entire period booked, except for final cleaning and breakfast.
On the other hand, something can happen to anyone. Our recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance, e.g. from ADAC.
The apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be cleared by 10 am on the day of departure.
For your four-legged friends the price per day is € 14,00 without food and they are only allowed on request. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Yes, we are happy to provide you with cots free of charge, subject to availability.
